Finnish Speaking Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide timely, professional, and compassionate customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through telephone, email, and live chat channels.

• Assess customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions in accordance with company standards and policies.

• Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM and case management systems.

• Refer complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments or senior support teams.

• Achieve and surpass performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality assurance standards.

• Stay informed about product and service knowledge, training resources, and updates to internal processes.

• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance remote working culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in the Finnish language, both spoken and written.

• A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or contact center roles is highly beneficial.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup within Greece.

• Proficient in digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office applications.

• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
