Financial/Banking Freelance Linguists, English into Albanian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Enhance TransPerfect’s network of freelance linguists

• Translate financial and banking materials from English to Albanian

• Complete a client-specific e-learning course

• Undergo a background check required by the bank if onboarding continues

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language (Albanian)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Expertise in Financial and Banking topics

• Strong attention to detail, spelling, and grammar

• Ability to maintain professionalism in all circumstances, particularly under tight deadlines

• One of the following: a degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies (or an equivalent degree with substantial translation training) from an accredited institution; 2 years of translation experience with a college degree; 5 years of translation experience without a degree; or a translation competence certificate from a relevant government authority

• Demonstrated experience with finance and banking content

• Completion of a brief client-specific e-learning module

• Successful background check if onboarding proceeds

• Must reside in the United States
