📋 Description

• Offer empathetic, non-judgmental financial counseling to clients across the nation via phone services.

• Provide financial counseling services through phone interactions.

• Handle incoming calls, respond to client emails, and make outbound service-related calls.

• Collect, review, and analyze clients' financial data, including credit reports.

• Create and present tailored action plans along with educational materials.

• Discuss program choices and relevant fees when necessary.

• Offer housing-related counseling services, including:

• - Pre-purchase counseling

• - Foreclosure prevention

• - Rental counseling

• - Post-loan modification coaching

• - Reverse mortgage counseling

• Keep detailed records and ensure strict confidentiality of client information.

• Complete necessary training and uphold applicable certifications.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and achieve organizational objectives.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to work remotely from a designated home office.

• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.

• Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training.

• Capability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred, but not mandatory.
