Financial Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls for customer support and collection initiatives through voice and written communication channels.

• Facilitate payment negotiations.

• Assist in funding account balances.

• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to collections via telephone.

• Inform customers about their account history and available products.

• Clarify the company's protection policy for products that include protections.

• Guide customers in managing their funding transactions.

• Support and identify vulnerable customers.

• Provide assistance for insolvency-related matters.

• Obtain commitments or promises for future payments.

• Take necessary actions on accounts.

• Schedule call-backs for a more suitable time or date.

• Redirect or transfer customers to other teams, such as Customer Service.

• Update company systems with essential notes regarding the outcomes of calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) proficiency.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• A positive outlook and a problem-solving approach.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced international setting.

• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union.

• Curriculum Vitae must be submitted in English.
