• Oversee the transformation of finance and accounting processes, systems, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

• Question current processes and operational assumptions.

• Develop scalable operating models and modernize finance workflows.

• Propel automation initiatives and manage systems integration related to acquisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related area.

• Over 10 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, consulting, business systems, or related fields.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.

• Successful track record in implementing AI-driven workflow automation.

• Experience in supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models.

• Strong knowledge of quote-to-cash and record-to-report processes.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
