Financial Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee OpenLoop's NetSuite OneWorld implementation throughout its multi-subsidiary framework, including management of users and roles, saved searches, dashboards, and automation of workflows.

• Take charge of and resolve data integrations between NetSuite and Snowflake, Rippling, and Ramp.

• Address synchronization issues and rectify data inconsistencies.

• Develop and sustain SuiteQL queries and saved searches for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting reporting.

• Create documentation for integration architecture and prepare runbooks.

• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, Human Resources, and Procurement to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, particularly during month-end closing processes.

• Assist in the implementation of NetSuite inventory management.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4–5+ years of direct experience in NetSuite administration; familiarity with OneWorld is preferred.

• Experience in supporting financial systems within complex, multi-entity, and multi-subsidiary organizations.

• Proven ownership of at least one system integration into or out of NetSuite, utilizing iPaaS/middleware or a custom API.

• Background in building or resolving integrations between NetSuite and external systems, including HRIS/payroll, spend management, or a data warehouse.

• Capacity to work independently as the primary subject matter expert for NetSuite in a remote, highly autonomous setting.

• Proficient SQL/SuiteQL skills.

• Familiarity with saved searches, reporting tools, dashboards, and maintenance of workflows/scripts.

• Preferred: direct experience with Rippling, Ramp, and/or Snowflake.

• Preferred: experience with NetSuite inventory or manufacturing modules.

• Preferred: background in healthcare, pharmacy, or multi-entity/consolidated companies.

• Preferred: NetSuite Certified Administrator credential.

• Preferred: experience with Salesforce.
