Financial Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Capability to identify client needs, spot opportunities, and effectively present solutions that align with client objectives.

• Addressing and resolving client issues by collaborating with internal teams and performing necessary research.

• Keeping comprehensive records of client interactions and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements.

• Drafting documentation, completing client applications, processing changes, and reviewing renewals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid life insurance license (LLQP) along with experience in the financial services sector, particularly in insurance and segregated fund products, financial planning concepts, and the regulatory landscape.

• Ability to identify client needs, recognize opportunities, and utilize sales techniques to achieve client objectives and drive results.

• Experience with third-party insurance carriers is considered advantageous.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.

• A professional, client-centric demeanor with strong communication abilities (both verbal and written).

• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and thoroughness.

• Proficient in navigating various systems and managing competing priorities.

• A Criminal Record and Credit background check is required as a condition of employment.

• Bilingualism (fluent in both French and English, orally and in writing) is mandatory for Quebec, as the role will frequently cater to clients with both language needs.
