Financial Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Preparing and/or reviewing Form N-CSR, N-PORT Part F, and other specific SEC filings for ETFs.

• Supporting Fund Administration management, including the Financial Reporting Manager, in enhancing the Financial Reporting function.

• Generating and conducting thorough reviews of GAAP financial statements.

• Aiding Trust Administration teams in coordinating ETF audits with independent auditors, external ETF service providers, and clients.

• Collaborating with senior members of the Fund Administration team to ensure outstanding service levels for clients and partners.

• Contributing to process enhancements and technological upgrades related to fund administration and financial reporting workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent professional experience.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the investment industry; direct experience in fund administration, particularly with SEC filing requirements, is preferred.

• Familiarity and experience with relevant SEC filings.

• Must possess knowledge and practical experience in applying GAAP financial accounting and reporting for regulated investment companies, adhering to both the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.

• Capability to assist with multiple growth initiatives and projects concurrently.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technological environment and engage with various fund accounting and reporting systems.

• Capacity to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume setting.

• Experience utilizing Confluence/Unity technologies for financial statements and performance.

• Specific experience with exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
