This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the primary liaison for the Formatting team with other departments within the organization, ensuring comprehensive management and stakeholder governance for the projects undertaken by the team;
• Collaborate directly at the interface, aligning with and comprehending requests while addressing them within the squad, alongside Product, Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Training, and other related teams;
• Facilitate regular engagement and cross-functional alignment between teams in their work agendas;
• Establish the short- and medium-term vision for structuring the products under your oversight, mapping demands, strategic directions, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Develop the roadmap for each area of activity and guarantee that deadlines are adhered to at every stage;
• Design, map, and/or reassess product operational flows and validate them in conjunction with partner teams;
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks identified at the frontline (stores and franchisees);
• Analyze data, information, and performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint opportunities for improvement, necessary prioritizations, and potential operational adjustments;
• Monitor the indicators for the priority products of the unified directorate (Boleto, MOOZ Cards, Pix, Store Installment/Store Credit, and Gift Card) directly;
• Generate and consolidate monitoring reports, structured analyses, and high-quality executive materials related to the projects of the team.
• A Bachelor's degree is required;
• Demonstrated experience in corporate project management and continuous process improvement, showcasing the ability to manage multiple topics effectively;
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in business process analysis/mapping and a practical approach to proposing solutions;
• An analytical mindset centered on monitoring and modeling products and financial processes;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present complex information clearly and succinctly (essential for leading meetings);
• Strong interpersonal abilities and adeptness at navigating between departments, capable of negotiating and making trade-offs when necessary;
• High level of organizational skills (activity planning, time management, and documentation), with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines;
• Proven capability to create robust analyses and executive materials focused on quality reporting;
• An innovative mindset, proactive nature, and the ability to work independently on a daily basis;
