This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of the annual planning process and ongoing forecasting, encompassing P&L, headcount, and cash flow modeling.
• Develop and sustain SITE’s Long Range Plan (LRP), incorporating scenario planning to aid strategic decision-making and fundraising initiatives.
• Spearhead the monthly financial close process in collaboration with our accounting team.
• Create departmental budgets in conjunction with functional leaders and ensure adherence to them.
• Assess M&A, partnership, and market expansion opportunities through thorough financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Enhance our SaaS Dashboard, including metrics such as ARR/ACV cohorts, GRR/NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin by segment, and the Rule of 40.
• Conduct pricing and packaging analysis for our SaaS and services offerings.
• Serve as the primary resource for cross-functional problem-solving.
• A seasoned finance leader with 6–10 years of progressive finance experience.
• A background in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategic finance is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a SaaS or rapidly growing startup environment.
• A strong passion for developing an AI-native finance function utilizing top-tier tools.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and the Rule of 40.
• Proficient financial modeling skills, including 3-statement, long-range, scenario, and cohort analysis.
• Experience in leading or co-leading an FP&A function.
• Ability to operate effectively as a generalist in a streamlined environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information into clear, actionable insights.
