Executive Director – Enterprise Financial Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the VP & CFO along with senior operational leaders.

• Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis team in creating annual budgets and projections.

• Direct the Labor Performance Management team to track labor cost trends and staffing efficiency.

• Manage and enhance the Strata platform for comprehensive enterprise planning and reporting.

• Establish the enterprise financial analytics strategy and operational model.

• Supervise Finance Reporting & Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to ensure standardized reporting.

• Support the Decision Support team in providing analyses on costs, margins, and utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• 12-15 years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience.

• 7-8 years of experience within a healthcare or health system setting.

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support methodologies.

• Familiarity with the Strata financial planning platform or similar enterprise finance/EPM and business intelligence systems.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to lead, develop, and retain a diverse team of finance directors, managers, and analysts.
