This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• The representative will promote, solicit, and sell products and services that have been explicitly authorized in advance by Osaic Institutions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, and policy statements.

• Provide or ensure delivery to the customer of a current prospectus, offering memorandum, applicable Form ADV, or any other documents that are mandated by applicable securities, investment advisory, and insurance laws, rules, and regulations.

• Thoroughly explain the terms and conditions regarding the purchase or sale of securities, insurance products, and investment advisory services to customers or potential customers.

• Conduct activities as an investment adviser representative in accordance with the Investment Adviser’s Act of 1940.

• Provide customers and prospective customers with any additional disclosure forms required by Osaic Institutions’ policies and procedures.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) combined with substantial practical experience will be considered in place of a degree.

• Comprehensive understanding of employer, industry, and federal regulations.

• Knowledge of financial options, including investments, loans, savings accounts, and stock options.

• Proficiency in financial planning and investment strategies.

• Familiarity with the securities, mutual fund, and insurance sectors.

• Advanced capability to analyze and interpret market data.

• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess client needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing writing, speaking, and active listening.

• Effective sales, presentation, and customer service abilities.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
