📋 Description

• Serve as a knowledgeable and independent point of contact for our clients regarding technical inquiries and advisory processes.

• Initiate contact with warm leads who have shown a clear interest in receiving advice.

• Conduct friendly and open consultations, providing added value to clients through independent guidance.

• Organize appointments along with the preparation and follow-up of advisory meetings.

• Assess individual insurance needs in collaboration with a qualified team, working independently.

• Prepare financial-mathematical analyses that clearly outline and compare insurance costs, both on a commission and fee basis.

• Systematically and sustainably develop and expand your client relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to explain complex financial products in a straightforward and clear manner.

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector of insurance, preferably with a broker.

• Alternatively, possessing the 34d certification (German insurance intermediary qualification) is highly relevant.

• Experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a role as an advisor or consultant.

• Sales experience is essential.

• Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach.

• Strong orientation towards sales, service, and customer satisfaction.
