Financial Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the financial planning and analysis for small lines of business, encompassing policy, processes, tools, training, and staffing.

• Recommend actions regarding hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures.

• Execute performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback for direct reports.

• Oversee financial analysis initiatives and statistical research projects.

• Provide essential financial analyses and leadership reports.

• Administer various monthly reporting processes.

• Offer guidance on investment opportunities and project-related decisions.

• Ensure that project milestones and departmental goals are achieved, including adherence to approved budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, a Bachelor's Degree (or its equivalent) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.

• Some positions may necessitate candidates to fulfill U.S. nationality criteria.

• Certain roles might require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
