This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborates with Financial Advisors to assess clients’ existing portfolio designs, comprehend client objectives, input client data, and perform financial analyses.
• Assesses overall retirement requirements for individuals and employers, investigates various options, and proposes planning alternatives.
• Investigates and offers recommendations concerning risk management issues, including insurance matters.
• Crafts and suggests a customized financial analysis or a comprehensive financial plan tailored to clients and prospects, addressing their short- and long-term financial objectives.
• Develops presentations that effectively convey recommendations and alternatives associated with the client’s financial analysis and comprehensive plan design.
• Conducts thorough document evaluations; analyzes client information and situations across the financial planning spectrum to formulate plans.
• Gathers information as necessary on a case-by-case basis and composes personalized observations and recommendations for each client case.
• Organizes files for meetings with both existing and prospective clients.
• Prepares, coordinates, and ensures effective communication with new or current clients.
• Continuously assesses clients’ financial situations with precision and detail, maintaining a holistic view of their financial landscape.
• Addresses client inquiries via telephone, email, and occasional in-person visits.
• Informs clients about the functionalities of various securities markets and the primary factors influencing them.
• Offers advice on estate planning options and strategies.
• Responds to and guides education funding inquiries, including those related to 529 savings plans.
• Provides assistance with small business planning guidance.
• Conducts necessary research related to assigned client cases, including basic income tax inquiries and other legal matters, seeking guidance when needed.
• May participate in client presentations.
• May open, transfer, and close customer accounts while maintaining accurate account records.
• May verify and obtain instructions from clients regarding purchases and sales, enter orders, and follow up on transaction completions.
• Ensures adherence to firm and regulatory policies within compliance standards.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on financial, retirement, and estate planning, or in marketing these services.
• An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
• Licenses: SIE is required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies.
• Series 7 license.
• Series 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses as mandated by state law or the ability to obtain them within six months.
