This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide proactive and personalized financial planning along with integrated financial solutions for clients of Fidelity Advisory Services.
• Advise clients on retirement strategies, investment management, comprehensive portfolio planning, and overall financial needs.
• Assist clients with managed portfolios while representing Advisory Services’ voice to the clientele.
• Conduct consultative discussions to comprehend investment strategies and changing planning requirements.
• Enhance client confidence through superior guidance and consistent follow-through.
• Anticipate future client requirements and adjust advice as goals and life stages evolve.
• Introduce and position suitable service models and resources.
• Provide comprehensive planning and advice that encompasses investment strategies, retirement, college savings, tax efficiency, long-term care, HSA and Medicare, and estate planning.
• Oversee client guidance appointments and proactive outreach initiatives.
• Function within a team-oriented, technology-driven service model from initial discovery to implementation and ongoing progress.
• Must reside within a 90-mile radius at the time of application from Charlotte, NC, Huntersville, NC, or Ballantyne, NC.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 is mandatory.
• Required to have FINRA Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 licenses.
• Obtain insurance license within 90 days of employment.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred.
• At least 5 years of prior financial services experience is required.
• Experience with managed solutions is preferred.
• A planning and advisory mindset with a thorough understanding of Fidelity’s offerings.
• Capability to deliver a high-quality client experience through mastery of Financial Relationship Management (FRM).
• Demonstrated practice management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience in conducting effective pre-scheduled guidance appointments and proactive outreach.
• Strong management of practice and operational excellence.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfort working within a collaborative service model.
• Proficient in using digital advice, planning, and investment tools.
• Responsible for managing the complete advice experience.
• Willingness to adapt and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to engage clients virtually through Zoom.
