This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• This role entails the creation, examination, presentation, and distribution of financial analyses and statements.
• It supports corporate development and M&A initiatives.
• Additionally, it assists all analytical functions within the organization.
• The position involves interaction with department employees and may require collaboration with other departments as necessary.
• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role is responsible for effective communication with individuals in the Finance, IT, and Operations Departments, as well as executive-level staff.
• This position may oversee a team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, providing mentorship, and managing performance evaluations and development plans.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations such as 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 1271, AATB, MDSAP (according to jurisdictional requirements), and ISO 13485, ensuring organizational compliance.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment while adhering to OSHA guidelines and Xtant Medical standard operating procedures (SOP) for the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Support M&A activities, including model construction, valuation calculations, due diligence, and integration efforts.
• Offer guidance on standard costs resulting from changes in procurement or manufacturing.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an FP&A Senior Analyst or 3 years as an FP&A Manager is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or projects is essential.
• Proven track record of ownership over financial reporting, processes, models, and key metrics within complex businesses.
• Ability to exercise independent and critical judgment within established frameworks to recommend process improvements.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures is necessary.
