This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the implementation of the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and the creation of a five-year financial outlook.
• Aid in the monthly assessment of financial performance.
• Conduct analyses of comprehensive corporate and financial data.
• Engage in corporate financing activities (both debt and equity) and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Create presentations for the Board of Investors and stakeholders.
• Develop financial models that reflect the operational drivers of the business to assess past performance and estimate future financial outcomes.
• Enhance financial and operational conditions by analyzing outcomes; tracking variances; recognizing trends; and proposing actions for management consideration.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
• Experience in the health plan sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is preferred.
• Familiarity with the principles and practices of financial administration, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
• A detail-oriented mindset combined with executive presence, business insight, and the ability to influence through outstanding communication skills.
• A curious nature, strong problem-solving abilities, expertise in process improvement, statistical analysis, research reporting, and excellent presentation skills.
• Capability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels, including executives.
