Financial Planning and Analysis, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operational and strategic financial modeling for clients utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.

• Provide comprehensive monthly financial analyses and clinic financial documentation.

• Aid in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting procedures.

• Develop and sustain intricate financial models for businesses focused on ABA therapy.

• Generate and oversee internal operational forecasts along with monthly reports for lenders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline is mandatory; advanced degrees are favored.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance is required.

• Experience in healthcare services, behavioral health, or provider-based business models is preferred.

• Knowledge of valuation methodologies commonly used in healthcare services transactions is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Business Central, Cosmos Reporting, Power BI, and Central Reach platforms is desirable.
