This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
β’ Develop and sustain inventory forecasts (activations, retention, churn, product mix) with comprehensive narratives explaining the business drivers behind each figure.
β’ Provide variance analysis comparing budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual across commercial sectors.
β’ Execute scenario modeling and plan attainment analysis to identify risks before they escalate into issues.
β’ Create and enhance SQL and dbt models on Snowflake that facilitate commercial reporting.
β’ Play a role in monthly business reviews, scorecard reporting, and ongoing quality assurance of key metrics.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding as a trusted finance advisor.
β’ Assist leadership with swift ad hoc analyses and strategic deep dives.
β’ Contribute to investor updates and Board presentations, and aid in developing the team's proprietary AI-native FP&A tools.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in an analytical role β FP&A, business analysis, product analytics, or a related field (strong internships or academic equivalents will be considered).
β’ Proficient in SQL β capable of writing queries efficiently, rather than just interpreting them.
β’ Proven hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance workflows, speed, or output quality.
β’ Strong business sense with the ability to connect data to the "so what" for non-financial audiences.
β’ Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for daily analyses.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environments where established frameworks may not yet be in place.
β’ Effective communicator who can convert complex analyses into actionable insights.
β’ Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Python for automation is advantageous.
