• Collaborate with the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to assist with all financial planning and analysis activities across the company's product lines, which includes revenue, profitability, cost, backlog, and expense forecasting.
• Serve as a key link between the finance department and project operational teams to enhance systems for financial communication and the tracking of project financial metrics, while also supporting data collection and identifying cost-saving opportunities at the product, department, and project levels.
• Candidates should possess a one-to-two-year post-secondary certification in a relevant discipline or have one to three years of related professional experience, supplemented by ongoing training. A background in accounting or Office Administration is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, strong communication abilities, and a dedication to achieving positive outcomes. A keen attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of collaborative relationships to drive results are essential. The ability to pursue continuous learning and personal development, alongside fostering teamwork, is crucial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and/or data-mining software is required, with advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with data analytics concepts is necessary, and skills in Visual Basic Applications (VBA) are preferred.
