Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across our product lines, including revenue, margins, and unit economics.

• Collaborate with Product leadership on investment strategies, pricing decisions, and new product launches, converting roadmap initiatives into financial results.

• Establish and monitor key metrics that are essential: usage growth, contribution margin, cost per unit, and payback periods.

• Assist operations teams with headcount planning, budget oversight, and expenditure analysis.

• Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles with an emphasis on clarity and efficiency, presenting insights directly to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting, preferably within a high-growth tech or AI environment.

• A solid understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics.

• Experience in constructing P&Ls from the ground up; adept at owning a model from start to finish and defending it before senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced in handling large datasets; familiarity with BI and FP&A tools is essential.

• A first-principles thinker capable of providing structure to ambiguous challenges.
