This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
• Generate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management review.
• Create financial models, business cases, trend analyses, and scenario planning tools.
• Evaluate revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to uncover opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance.
• Aid in the preparation of materials for executive leadership and board reporting.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and strategic financial analysis.
• Oversee organizational performance in relation to budget and forecast expectations.
• Enhance financial reporting and planning processes.
• Assist in the administration and upkeep of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Coordinate regular enterprise risk assessments with departmental and executive stakeholders.
• Maintain risk registers, mitigation strategies, and risk reporting dashboards.
• Monitor key risks and mitigation efforts.
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for executive leadership and governance committees.
• Support the identification of emerging strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and technology risks.
• Incorporate risk management considerations into planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Foster risk awareness and promote best practices in risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical evaluation.
• In-depth understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Capability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various departments.
