This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop tailored financial plans and provide actionable insights to enhance members' financial well-being.
• Deliver educational resources that empower members to make the most of their employer benefits, including health plans, equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP), and associated tax implications.
• Offer advice on cash flow management, debt repayment, saving, and investing—customized to fit each member's life stage and aspirations.
• Assist members and cultivate trusting relationships through text-based chat, phone conversations, and video calls.
• Proactively reach out to members during significant life events, offering both financial and emotional support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject-matter expert in financial planning.
• Navigate a dynamic platform that incorporates one-on-one interactions, asynchronous communication, and AI-assisted support.
• Current CFP® certification is mandatory (CPA/PFS, ChFC, or CFA is an advantage).
• This is a registered position (S65) and requires eligibility for IAR registration in your state of residence.
• Proficiency in all key financial planning areas: budgeting, saving, debt reduction; risk management, insurance, and employee benefits; investments; tax strategies; retirement savings and income planning; estate planning.
• Proven experience in delivering client-centered, comprehensive financial plans to individuals across all life stages and backgrounds.
• Strong attributes of empathy, kindness, and emotional intelligence—able to discern when to apply a quantitative approach and when to adopt an emotional perspective.
• Experience with financial planning software, adaptability to proprietary technology, and skill in custom spreadsheet analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A high degree of independence in a remote, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
• A well-established process for providing accurate and compliant financial plans, along with the confidence to advocate for them.
