• Comprehend the client's personal and financial situation.
• Identify and articulate client goals.
• Assess the client's current strategies and explore potential alternative strategies.
• Create and deliver detailed financial plans to retail clients utilizing MoneyGuidePro.
• Collaborate with current retail clients and onboard referrals from Advisors.
• Organize and schedule a series of meetings with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial landscape and present actionable next steps.
• Assist the Financial Advisor & Planner in delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Manage a portfolio of existing retail clients.
• Communicate proficiently with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial planning topics.
• Discuss all aspects of comprehensive financial planning and suggest Empower products and services as appropriate.
• Initiate proactive and follow-up calls on behalf of the participant to current or previous providers to coordinate next steps and implement client decisions.
• Foster and strengthen client relationships both before and after retirement through a unique experience that highlights the distinct value proposition.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of educational background and professional experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• CFP certification is mandatory.
• Required FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations.
• FINRA fingerprinting is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services or 401(k) industry.
• At least 2 years of financial planning experience is required.
• Proven ability to develop and present comprehensive financial plans in one-on-one settings with clients.
• Familiarity with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Naviplan, etc.)
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
