📋 Description

• Oversee financial documentation and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Execute and process payments using online banking platforms.

• Create financial summaries and conduct essential financial analyses.

• Generate regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.

• Review, prepare, and manage invoices to guarantee precision and timely processing.

• Supervise and handle service payments, ensuring all obligations are met punctually.

• Assist with daily financial operations and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address financial and payment-related inquiries.

• Background in finance, accounting, financial operations, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Analytical mindset with confidence in handling financial data and reports.

• Familiarity with online banking systems and financial documentation.

• Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).

• Proficiency in Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Intermediate or higher level of English, as collaboration with an international team is required.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and take responsibility for your tasks.
