Financial Operations Analyst – Rebates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Review pricing agreements with clients.

• Identify discrepancies and inaccuracies.

• Execute the pricing implementation within our rebate system.

• Provide support for various requests and offer feedback on client configurations.

• Detect potential issues that may lead to financial misstatements.

• Oversee workflows and ensure all deliverables are met.

• Address and resolve issues that arise from internal controls and/or service failures in a timely and proactive manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional work experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and/or healthcare.

• Skilled in working with both internal and external clients.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
