Financial Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for executing foreign exchange settlements with banks and conducting due diligence on associated documents;

• Serve as the main point of contact and support for internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance, Legal, Cash Management, Accounting) to facilitate provisioning, reconciliation, and compliance processes;

• Manage KYC processes with banks and oversee NDAs;

• Handle the analysis, contracting, and maintenance of bank guarantees, payment of commissions, and adherence to contractual obligations;

• Control and execute payments for services contracted by the department;

• Oversee the consolidation, analysis, and management of the budget, tracking discrepancies between forecasts and actual results;

• Provide governance support on topics relevant to the Management team (executive reports, monitoring performance indicators, accounting close);

• Assist in preparing financial documentation for creditor financing.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines;

• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, focused on process and financial efficiency;

• Proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment;

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively;

• Familiarity with SAP, Make Value, CambioSys, and FXall (Reuters) is a plus;

• Previous experience in Financial Operations with foundational knowledge of financial markets and accounting is preferred;

• Process automation oriented; experience with AI tools and Google Workspace will be advantageous.
