Financial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supports the onboarding process for new clients by reviewing, interpreting, and documenting key sections of contracts related to invoicing.

• Ensures that client invoicing and accrual data are completed punctually, within the defined scope, and that any obstacles are communicated to the relevant parties.

• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of reported data.

• Identifies performance improvement opportunities through thorough data analysis, proactive auditing, and reconciliation.

• Analyzes variances and trends to pinpoint issues and patterns.

• Alerts leadership to potential issues or findings following data analysis.

• Anticipates leadership requirements by gathering records, reports, data, and correspondence to facilitate accurate reporting.

• Provides ad hoc reports as necessary.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field within healthcare or financial analysis.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities are essential.

• Proven critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Must be analytical, able to perform computations accurately and swiftly, and proficient in identifying and calculating ratios and percentages.

• Strong data proficiency is required.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

• Experience in Business or Accounting is preferred, ideally in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle structure is advantageous.

• An inquisitive mindset and openness to innovation, including AI, to explore improved processes are essential.
