Financial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Manager of Finance collaborates with Operational leadership to guide financial decision-making through the development of financial strategies.

• Conducts analytical assessments of financial data to uncover trends and opportunities, while also proposing enhancements.

• Generates forecasts based on historical data analysis.

• Plays a crucial role in the precise and prompt preparation of internal financial reports and analyses.

• Effectively manages and develops assigned resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is essential, ideally in Accounting or Finance.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or finance is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising direct reports is required.

• Candidates must demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and VLOOKUP functions).
