Financial Leadership Partner – CFO Level Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients (companies generating $3M–$50M in revenue) as their outsourced financial leader.

• Take ownership of the models, forecasts, dashboards, and key performance indicators that the leadership team actively utilizes.

• Assist business owners and management teams each month in converting data into actionable decisions.

• Encourage clients to adjust pricing they have hesitated to increase and to assess labor efficiency they have been reluctant to measure.

• Contribute to our improvement by enhancing our methodology, delivery, and tools with insights gained from every client engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or an MBA is preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, including titles such as CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Business Owner.

• Practical experience in supporting small to mid-sized businesses with annual revenues ranging from $3M to over $100M.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance profitability, expand margins, and optimize cash flow through financial analysis.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytical tools.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Prior experience as a business owner or entrepreneur is highly regarded.

• Candidates must be residents of Texas or Georgia.
