Financial Intelligence Analyst Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assisting in enhancing the overall financial performance of Geisinger Health and its subsidiaries.

• Facilitating decision-making and ensuring the achievement of goals by delivering service and product line reporting and analytics.

• Aiding in operating and capital forecasts, strategic service planning, and financial models for business plans.

• Providing leadership within the department through mentoring analysts and fostering a high-performing team.

• Delivering regular presentations on financial performance to operational leadership as required.

• Developing and advocating for OneGeisinger analytical reporting to promote utilization and reduce costs.

• Conducting episode analysis to gain insights into the utilization and costs associated with patient cohorts throughout the entire care continuum.

• Maintaining a repository for utilization and financial data to support operational and financial initiatives.

• Supporting financial acumen education for operational teams.

• Bachelor's Degree - (Required)

• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience - (Required)

• At least 4 years of experience in managing people, processes, or projects - (Required)
