Financial Institutions Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with executive-level contacts at major financial institutions.

• Negotiate and finalize intricate, long-term contracts with financial organizations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process and the onboarding of new partners.

• Effectively present the Credible product and its advantages to potential partners through live demonstrations and presentations.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance teams to provide optimal solutions based on the needs of both partners and Credible.

• Manage strategic relationships with a diplomatic negotiation style and possess strong project management abilities.

• Expertise in business strategy and market development, with a strong focus on analytical and business modeling skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape in enterprise and consumer technology.

• Lead key business development initiatives from ideation to execution.

• Proficient in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex agreements.

• Identify and onboard new strategic partners through both inbound inquiries and proactive outreach.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a management consulting firm, technology-centric investment bank, private equity or growth investment firm, or relevant operational experience in Fintech or Consumer Internet.

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Important interpersonal qualities include motivation, creativity, adaptability, strong ethics and integrity, and a readiness to take calculated risks.

• Experience with Financial and Data Modeling.

• Familiarity with Consumer Lending or FinTech is a plus.

• Willingness to travel on a quarterly basis.
