This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Work closely with clients to grasp their business needs and propose efficient financial workflow solutions within Momentus Enterprise.
• Set up Momentus Enterprise in line with client financial requirements, industry best practices, and the scope of the project.
• Offer continuous financial workflow assistance and guidance for ongoing client engagements, support escalations, and inquiries.
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure they comprehend, embrace, and derive value from the Momentus Enterprise Financials package.
• Aid clients with financial reporting, which includes preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and delivering operational insights.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Keep up-to-date with Momentus Enterprise financial software characteristics and functionalities to effectively support client implementations and continuous optimization.
• Confidently present solutions to client leadership and stakeholders, including directors, controllers, and CFOs.
• Act as a financial subject matter expert, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and other internal teams to address client and business needs.
• Consistently meet an 80% utilization target.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 1 year of experience in financial software implementation or consulting.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes.
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to translate complicated subjects into clear, actionable guidance.
• Confidence in presenting to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• A growth-oriented mindset; receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary; travel is generally less than 20%.
