This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Execute monthly updates for recurring dashboards and reports, incorporating the most recent data and information.

• Assist with quarterly vendor data uploads into the internal database for Finance, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.

• Develop follow-up reports and establish a ‘next action’ process.

• Collaborate with various IDOC departments to improve workflow strategies and communicate any changes in processes.

• Recognize opportunities to leverage data-driven insights to enhance business performance and support strategic initiatives.

• Continuously oversee data inputs from multiple sources (Microsoft SQL, Vendors, Datarails, etc.) and identify/correct any discrepancies.

• Ensure the performance and integrity of data utilized across diverse communication channels.

• Pinpoint quality assurance opportunities and create relevant documentation/processes to uphold operational excellence.

• Assist with various ad hoc reporting requests: gathering requirements, collecting relevant data, producing suitable outputs, deriving insights, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Support the organization in higher-level projects and initiatives, providing expertise and analytical support as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working with data.

• Bachelor's degree is required (preferred fields include Data Analytics, Accounting, or Finance).

• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook and Excel.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau is preferred.

• Familiarity with Datarails, Adaptive, and Oracle Hyperion is a plus.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is advantageous.

• Experience in Financial Analysis is a plus.

• Ability to work independently.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
