Financial Controller – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-generated responses pertaining to finance, accounting, and controlling.

• Assess outputs for financial precision, adherence to regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.

• Develop realistic financial scenarios, which include reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance tasks.

• Evaluate AI reasoning in aspects like financial analysis, process optimization, risk assessment, and decision support.

• Identify discrepancies, misunderstandings, or implausible assumptions in financial methodologies or outputs.

• Generate scenario variations from various stakeholder viewpoints, such as finance manager, executive team, or auditor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A finance professional, controller, accounting specialist, or a similar role.

• Located in the EU or UK.

• Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.

• Proficient with modern financial tools, IFRS/local GAAP, and established best practices.

• Comfortable pinpointing methodological flaws and compliance issues.

• Available for 8 to 20 hours each week.

• Capable of starting in the upcoming weeks.
