Financial Consultant – Grants and Funding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clients' business opportunities and pinpoint appropriate funding avenues for investment and innovation initiatives.

• Take the initiative to plan, organize, and oversee grant-funded projects from the initial evaluation to the successful submission of applications.

• Generate business and financial documentation.

• Formulate strategic recommendations.

• Facilitate communication between funding organizations and clients.

• Manage a broad client portfolio at a senior level.

• Efficiently and proactively prioritize projects.

• Assist Business Developers during client meetings by providing subject-matter expertise and strategic insights.

• Aid companies in securing funding swiftly and with minimal risk while promoting innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, business law, financial management, or a similar commercial discipline.

• Alternatively, relevant vocational training such as a tax clerk, certified accountant, or another commercial qualification.

• Significant professional experience in grants and funding, consulting, or finance.

• Extensive knowledge of the R&D tax incentive or similar funding programs.

• Capacity to quickly understand complex matters, think systematically, and devise compelling solutions.

• Strong and professional communication skills at all levels.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Business-fluent in English.
