• Conducts analysis on a variety of group products, such as Life/AD&D, Absence/Disability, Supplemental Health, Vision, and Dental.
• Acts as the main financial authority and point of contact for account teams, responsible for all financial components of SNS’ clients’ programs.
• Employs an evidence-based methodology to assess the experiences of SNS’ clients.
• Collaborates with the Sales and Service teams to formulate strategies that respond to trends in client experiences.
• Assesses proposed pricing structures and negotiates with vendors to secure fair and competitive rates for our clients.
• Determines pricing for self-insured products utilizing intricate data extracts.
• Assists Account teams with on-demand financial analyses.
• Delivers ROI analyses and presentations.
• Creates client-specific statutory feasibility evaluations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Group Underwriting experience, ideally for clients with over 2500 lives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Skilled in the MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling complex data sets.
