• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations are required within company-defined timelines.
• Completion of FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.
• Proven track record of success in performance-oriented roles or similar experience.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and the ability to consistently handle high-pressure situations and customer interactions.
• Consultative skills to assess needs and offer customer-centric solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and adaptable to new technology systems.
• A suitable at-home workspace to concentrate on work and participate in virtual meetings.
• Previous experience in roles involving both inbound and outbound phone interactions.
