This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Utilizes specialized expertise to assist critical areas of the organization related to a specific field of knowledge.
• Conducts research, gathers, and analyzes relevant data.
• Recognizes opportunities, formulates solutions, and guides through to resolution.
• Collaborates on initiatives aimed at enhancing performance as indicated by results in program efficiency and patient experience.
• Oversees the distribution of analytical reports.
• Maintains an understanding of pertinent federal, state, and local laws/regulations, as well as the Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial clearance/authorization within an acute care environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• National certification in HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA is required within one (1) year of employment.
• Must possess proficiency in Patient Registration/Patient Accounting systems and associated software applications.
