
Financial Analyst, Variable Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Carry out monthly and quarterly calculations and analyses for variable compensation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for vendor and non-labor expenses.
• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to enhance forecast accuracy and visibility into spending.
• Generate recurring financial reports, dashboards, and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Develop and sustain planning models in Anaplan and reporting dashboards in Power BI.
• Streamline reporting processes and suggest ongoing improvements.
• Provide support for monthly close activities, forecasting, annual planning, and other FP&A initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with Anaplan and Power BI is preferred.
• Experience handling large datasets and working with ERP systems is advantageous.
