Financial Analyst – Supplier Management and Last Mile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Relationship Management: Serve as the main financial contact for suppliers and last-mile partners, addressing inquiries and coordinating billing processes;

• Cost Provisioning: Conduct the monthly provisioning of expenses associated with the company’s internet and telecommunications services;

• Document and Payment Flow: Oversee payments for the supplier portfolio by receiving, reviewing, and meticulously validating invoices (NF) and bank payment slips (boletos) provided by partners;

• Activation Management: Supervise the onboarding/activation procedure for new suppliers to ensure accurate payment of initial fees and to organize the workflow of subsequent monthly charges with the team;

• Internal Interface: Relay and assist with validated documents to the Tax and Accounting departments, ensuring adherence to internal payment timelines;

• Discrepancy Analysis: Detect any inconsistencies between provisioned amounts and billed amounts, and take corrective measures directly with suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related disciplines;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing spreadsheets, data reconciliation, and financial reporting;

• Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, invoice verification, or managing supplier/partner relationships.

• Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in technology firms, telecommunications, or internet service providers (ISPs);

• Understanding of connectivity infrastructure concepts (last mile, internet links).
