Financial Analyst – Registration and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in Registration and Operations, Financial Clearance, and Authorization workflows by delivering operational, reporting, and system workflow assistance.

• Create, maintain, and share operational reports, WQs, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, identify workflow gaps, and highlight areas needing leadership focus.

• Resolve operational workflow challenges and address concerns related to Epic system functionality.

• Act as a primary liaison among various departments and external stakeholders.

• Support report generation, data validation, issue tracking, and KPI reporting.

• Offer additional operational and administrative assistance to department leadership as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, administration, financial auditing, accounting, or a related area is highly preferred.

• Experience with Epic is highly favored.
