This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Employ a systematic, problem-solving methodology combined with data-driven insights to deliver financial reporting and strategic collaboration for business owners.
• Provide guidance to leadership regarding resource efficiency, emerging trends, and associated risks.
• Support the development of business cases, ensuring that outcomes are effectively measured.
• Create and distribute necessary charts, reports, and data analyses that underpin Operations processes, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Proactively communicate all significant risks or opportunities to the appropriate management personnel.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain continuous quality control of reports for management's review.
• Address ad hoc data requests from stakeholders both within and outside of Operations.
• Promote enhancements in the accuracy of warranty (chargeback) data and recovery rates.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Electrify America team to foster synergies and align on reporting and tracking requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling, business management, and finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities - adept at collecting, organizing, and analyzing data with a focus on detail and precision.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining reports, with an emphasis on integrating data from diverse systems, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, etc.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dynamic arrays, and financial modeling.
• Solid business acumen – able to grasp abstract stakeholder requirements alongside key financial metrics.
• Experience in managing and enhancing cross-functional processes.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, including P&L Management, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
• Proven ability to control costs and conduct financial analysis, focusing on cost drivers and variance analysis.
• Experience with financial and accounting systems, specifically SAP.
