Financial Analyst, Global Brand Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing related to UGG and HOKA, ensuring expenditures are in line with strategic goals and SG&A targets.

• Develop ROI and campaign performance frameworks to facilitate disciplined investment choices across agencies, sports marketing, and partnerships.

• Assist in 3 to 5-year revenue and margin planning by formulating consistent and well-governed assumptions in collaboration with brand, product, and finance partners.

• Interpret product, pricing, and mix decisions into clear financial implications, risks, and trade-offs throughout go-to-market milestones.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to enhance inventory visibility, support composition analysis, and execute scenario planning.

• Provide hindsight and forecast-accuracy analyses across various planning horizons to bolster decision-making and learning loops.

• Conduct high-impact ad hoc analyses to back strategic initiatives and respond to evolving business needs.

• Continuously refine tools, reporting, and processes to enhance decision-making speed, clarity, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience showcasing strong financial analysis, modeling, and business acumen.

• At least 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical position.

• Proficient Excel modeling skills are required.

• Experience with Hyperion or comparable planning systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• A keen interest in consumer brands, marketing analytics, and long-range planning.
