This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of components for the consolidated financial model encompassing the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Facilitate the processes involved in the forecasting cycle, including data collection, model revisions, and variance analysis that contribute to the consolidated outputs reviewed by senior leadership.
• Contribute to financial deliverables aimed at executives, such as the Weekly Business Review, monthly OpEx assessments, and quarterly materials for the Board and Audit Committee.
• Create clear variance analyses that elucidate the reasons behind actuals compared to the plan and forecast at both consolidated and segment levels.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and operations finance colleagues to collect, validate, and synthesize inputs into a unified corporate perspective.
• Develop models from the ground up to address specific problems or answer business queries.
• Identify areas for enhancing the planning and reporting framework by utilizing AI, automation, and systems to minimize manual tasks and improve analytical quality.
• Execute ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for finance leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, with the capability to create multi-scenario P&Ls and supporting models from scratch.
• Competence in handling large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert analyses into clear, structured narratives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
