Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of forecasts, budgets, reports, and variance analysis related to revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

• Facilitate monthly meetings for designated departments, translating business activities into updates for forecasts and variance analyses.

• Ensure data integrity during the monthly closing and reporting cycle, including integrating actuals into financial models and ongoing reports.

• Provide support for executive reporting and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

• Aid in the annual budgeting process by creating and managing planning templates, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating historical trends.

• Enhance FP&A systems, workflows, and reporting processes, including the incorporation of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or a comparable analytical position.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, particularly with large datasets, formulas, and summary reporting.

• Familiarity with financial modeling, financial reporting, or planning support activities.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Team-oriented with a strong follow-through and eagerness to learn.

• A curious mindset and a desire to enhance recurring tasks over time.
