Financial Analyst – Credit Brokerage, Leasing Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in conducting economic and financial analyses of companies for credit underwriting.

• Gather, verify, and prepare the necessary documentation for financing applications.

• Manage the operational aspects of leasing applications for equipment, vehicles, and real estate.

• Utilize major leasing platforms to upload, monitor, and finalize applications.

• Act as a liaison between financial institutions, leasing companies, and clients.

• Aid in the development of business plans and projected cash flows.

• Track the progress of applications and ensure deadlines are met.

• Occasionally assist in processing factoring transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit brokerage firms, leasing companies, or financial institutions.

• Proven experience in managing leasing applications and familiarity with specialized platforms.

• Strong skills in reading and analyzing financial statements.

• Knowledgeable about primary financing instruments, such as leasing, mortgages, unsecured loans, and self-liquidating lines.

• Understanding of credit underwriting procedures.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines.

• Demonstrates proactivity and a collaborative team spirit.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
