Financial Analyst, Cash Flows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct financial analysis pertaining to the company's expenses, income, and overall business performance by evaluating past, present, and future operations.

• Investigate, assess, and report on variances in financial and business results to identify trends; provide insights to enhance company performance and address challenges.

• Analyze and report discrepancies between actual financial outcomes and budgeted figures to inform management about potential cost impacts; suggest corrective measures.

• Support the development of company budgets and financial forecasts contributing to business planning initiatives.

• Track and assess departmental expenditures and pinpoint specific trends to aid in cost management.

• Propose enhancements to streamline accounting systems and processes to maximize efficiency and proper resource allocation.

• Generate reports that detail the company's financial standing regarding income, expenses, and profits to facilitate financial decision-making.

• Evaluate and interpret various financial documents and statistics for management; offer recommendations to ensure informed business decisions are made.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

• Proven capability to perform various analyses, including cost-benefit and alternative assessments.

• Established ability to document, propose, negotiate, and present solutions and strategies.

• Proficient in spreadsheet software and mainframe accounting systems.

• Competence in visualizing and developing plans for future business outcomes and transformations.

• Strong grasp of business implications, interdependencies, and system interfaces.

• Excellent conflict management abilities.

• Skilled in facilitating meetings and negotiating at all organizational levels.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly to a diverse range of technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
