Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist FP&A and regional operations management in creating monthly and quarterly reporting packages.

• Perform month-over-month and year-over-year trend analysis for various operational and productivity metrics.

• Support revenue cycle management reporting and analysis efforts.

• Aid in the deployment of new software systems and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of progressive experience and a proven track record of growth in Finance, Business Analytics, or Operations roles.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Workday, Axiom, or DOMO is a plus.
